Paula Abdul has experienced a run of bad luck at her LA pad and now, unsurprisingly, she's putting it on the market.
Abdul, who was recently let go from her X Factor duties, is offering her five bedroom home up for sale for a cool $1.76 million.
In 2008 one of Abdul's obsessed fans overdosed on drugs and died just down the road from the Sherman Oaks home.
The next year, when Abdul was filming her reality show Hey Paula, a member of the crew slipped and fell in Abdul's driveway. The crew member, Jill, then sued the production company and Abdul, pocketing $93,000 and $837,000 from each of them respectively. Those settlements were agreed to earlier in the week.
Its no wonder Abdul's getting out of dodge!
