Queen Latifah is going to be the coolest mum in the world...well, hopefully!

Queen Latifah looked every inch her fabulous self as she arrived at the Letterman Show on Wednesday and boy does she have plenty of reasons to smile about.

The 'Ice Age: Continental Drift' star may still be riding the exciting promotional wave of her new animated flick but that hasn't stopped Ms Latifah from letting a large cat out of her designer bag..

"I'm actually kind of working on that," Latifah told The View co-host Barbara Walters when asked about her plans for adoption. "I just always wanted to bring a child home." Ms Latifah continued, "I'm totally serious, so if you got a kid that you don't want… Just give me a year – let me set up camp and send me the kid. But no, no totally."
