Radiohead tickets topping $900 on eBay

The asking price for tickets to Radiohead's forthcoming Australian tour are topping $900 on eBay.

Radiohead's last Australian tour was in 2004 and the announcement of their return has sent fans into a flurry.

A limited number of tickets to their tour went on sale on Monday and eBay has already been flooded by scalpers asking extremely inflated prices for the tickets.

Promoters have assured fans even more tickets will be made available via the general on sale on March 1 and it looks like fans have taken the advice on board, with most eBay tickets currently remaining unsold.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Thursday 1 March.
