The acts who've signed on so far include Jessica Mauboy, Reece Mastin, Justice Crew, Stan Walker and Johnny Ruffo.
Ruffo said of the Nickelodeon festival, "That's a big advantage this festival will have; you don't get slimed at the other festivals. I'm just hoping it's lime or apple-flavoured."
Ben Richardson, general manager of Nickelodeon Australia and New Zealand, said the gig would be a "next-level concert experience" and that it would be broadcast nationally.
Slimefest takes place at Hordern Pavilion on September 15, with tickets on sale July 27.
