The boys had another loss at the weekend to the Newcastle Knights and Sam Thaiday told Nova it's tough going.
"We need all the support we can get," he said

Meshel told him: "I'm gonna get in there next week to make sure you have a cuddle so that you know how special you are Sam."
"We love you no matter what."
Sammy replied: "Sometimes my nipples get sore and my bits throb and I do need a hug."
