An alleged online email chain between a disgruntled customer and a seemingly defensive customer service rep has gone viral.
According to two emails that have been circling the web, a shopping trip turned sour for Keara O'Neil over the weekend when she had an altercation with a shop assistant.
According to claims made by Ms. O'Neil in one of the emails, a shop assistant in GASP's Chapel St store allegedly provoked her and barged into her change room, pressuring her to purchase an item that wasn't her correct size.
