Tiffiny Hall delivers wedding ultimatum to Ed Kavalee

Ed revealed earlier this week to Hughesy and Kate that he wants to marry Tiff but not until he has saved enough money to buy a house outright for the two of them to live in.

They are currently renting a place in South Yarra, with housemate Johnny and his cat Gary Ablett Snr.

“What am I meant to do,” Ed asked this morning, “come home from the wedding and say ‘listen Johnny can you put some earplugs in?’

“What I’m saying is that I love Tiff and we will get married when we’ve got a house.

“It’s a good plan.”

But Tiff has made it clear she's ready to get engaged now and said the two of them can afford a house.

“I just said to him on the phone I don’t care when it (engagement) happens just as long as it happens in the next year,” she said.

“I reckon 12 months is fair (to be) proposed to and (then) you can buy your castle.”

Despite having Hughesy and Kate against him as well, Ed won the Nova phone poll, with 68% of people agreeing that Ed should be able to wait until he buys the house to get married.

But Marisa Crowe had a theory as to why he won the poll.

“Ed 68% of people agree with you because 68% of people want Tiff to dump you & marry her themselves!!!!,” she wrote on the Nova 100 Facebook page.
