A number of traffic lights (85) have blacked out across Perth.

MITCHELL FREEWAY /HEPBURN AVENUE – BLACKED OUT
VINCENT STREET AND OXFORD STREET – BLACKED OUT
VINCENT STREET AND LOFTUS STREET – BLACKED OUT
VINCENT STREET AND CHARLES STREET IN NORTH PERTH – BLACKED OUT
EAST PARADE / GRAHAM FARMER FREEWAY – EAST PARADE - FLASHING AMBER

Main Roads urges motorists to take care and adjust their driving to the storm conditions.
If you are driving in a storm:
• Drive with your headlights on, so your visible to other motorists
• Drive slower in wet weather
• Keep a safe distance from other drivers.
• Allow extra time for your journey
MITCHELL FREEWAY, NORTHBOUND - traffic is very slow from the City to Hutton Street then again towards Hepburn Avenue.
KWINANA FREEWAY, SOUTHBOUND – traffic is heavy from Leach Highway to the city.
KWINANA FREEWAY, SOUTHBOUND - very busy from Vincent Street to Mill Point Road then slows towards Leach Highway.
NORTHBRIDGE TUNNEL - Slow westbound throughout

- Hay Street and Thomas Street in West Perth
- Tonkin Highway at Kewdale Road in Kewdale
- Guildford Road in Mt Lawley
- Broun Avenue in Bedford
- Orrong Road in Carlisle
- Bannister Road in Canning Vale
- Marmion Avenue – reports of flooding
- Mitchell Freeway, northbound - near Hutton Street – flooding all lanes
