Victoria Beckham reveals she ran six times a week to get rid of baby bulge
Well when we say baby bulge what we really mean is the miniscule amount of fat she put on while pregnant.
VB seemed to snap right back to normal after giving birth to Harper last July and while most of us thought she was just a lucky cow, she has now revealed it was down to a hell of a lot of exercise.
Speaking to US Vogue, she said: ‘I worked out a lot. I ran a lot. I did it six days a week. I become quite obsessive when I get into something.’
Yes, that’s a bit much, isn’t it? But that wasn’t all, oh no she also stuck to a strenuous exercise regime under the guidance of Tracy Anderson, who is that famous bionic looking person who works out with the likes of Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.
And if you lot can’t be arsed with that ridiculous amount of exercise she also revealed that she makes herself look skinnier and taller by the way she dresses, she said:
‘I’ve never been a six-foot-tall, skinny model, so therefore I wanted to create an illusion. People think I’m taller than I am - not because of the shoes I wear but because of the way I dress. It’s all relatively streamlined.’
It probably also helps having silly amounts of money, people on hand to look after the kids and no doubt diet foods prepared for you.
Talking of her life of Riley, Vicky also claims that she has not managed to have a holiday with her husband for three years.
And even worse, she hardly ever has time to go shopping because she is so busy all the time.
Pah, what tosh. Of course she’s had a holiday and shopping? She owns a fashion label for goodness sake. Perhaps if she didn’t spend six days a week in the gym she’d have a little more time on her hands.
