Watch out Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries wants the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth

Kris is reportedly pushing for a divorce trial rather than an out-of-court settlement in order to force the truth out of Kim.

A source has revealed: 'The only way that this case won't go to trial is if Kim publicly apologizes to Kris and admits that she only married him for television ratings,

'Kris just wants the truth to come out and Kim is just absolutely livid that she isn't getting her own way. Kris wants Kim to answer questions about their relationship, under oath.’

The source continued: 'Kris is ready for a fight and he has said that Kim should "bring it on." Kris won't be silenced and he isn't after her money, he doesn't want one dime from her.

'It's just about the truth coming out, something that Kim's camp seems to be petrified about.'

Blimey, this all sounds a tad sinister, doesn’t it? Apparently one of the things Kris wants to know is what happened to a Ferrari the pair were given as a wedding gift. 

Earlier in the week Kim tweeted her approval of a radio show that made fun of her former partner.

Kris is reportedly really hurt by this move. Speaking about Kris’s betrayal a source said: 'Kris wasn't listening to the show but he would never support anyone speaking unkindly or maliciously about Kim. It's just not who he is as a person,

'It's disappointing that Kim has chosen to embrace that sort of negativity about their relationship. Kris has moved on and even if she continues to behave in this manner he won't change who he is and sink to her level, it's just not necessary.'

Yes, it is rather petty but isn’t that what Kim is known for?  The pair are set to return to court on August 15 for a status hearing. We’re pretty sure this is the longest divorce ever; well it’s going on longer than the time they were actually married for anyway.
