AUGUST 22nd BREAKING NEWS! - Thought the first bet between these two noble weather warriors ended in a draw after a shocking ruling from Channel 10 weatherman Mike Larkin, as of today the 22nd of August the bitter rivalry between Lauren and Hughesy has been reignited!! The bet is on again (listen to the audio above)! One of the two will cop a cold bucket of water! If the temperature gets to 18 Hughesy will get drenched! August 13th - Pretty foggy morning in Melbourne this morning and chilly to boot right?
So it was kind of understandable that Hughesy was sceptical of the weather forecast for today when newsreader Lauren Brain got on the microphone and let us all know that todays top temperature would be 18 degrees.
He couldn't believe it and has now laid down a bet with Lauren Brain about it (listen to the audio above).
