Nathan Nat, Shaun asked if women where up for nip nip wiggy wiggy during pregnancy. Jason said his wife couldn't get enough of it, while Dan said his wife closed shop, suggesting his gas bill doubled. No one knew what that meant, which lead to a brainstorm of what it could mean
Co-Captain of the Perth Wildcats Brad Robbins accidentally gave out his address on air, so Nathan, Nat and Shaun sent Lenno under the guise of 'Ben', to deliver his much needed chicken soup, hot towel, vicks vapour and a beard rub. They then spoke to Robbo to get his reaction.
We wanted to hear your stories of when you were a hero. Nick's brother had a fake gun held to his head, and Carl rescued a 1 out of 3 of a burning plane wreck. More stories of bravery, and Val jumped into a car that was rolling down a hill and stopped in metres from a house window, while Craig dobbed himself in to his 'old duck' for doing 'naughty boy stuff' at the local school because his mate went into a diabetic coma.
Freddy Krueger we spoke to the man himself... The Water Ski jump record holder of course! He told us what it was like growing up with the name, and an amazing insight into the sport.
Stories of Survival - We wanted to hear the listeners stories of survival. They kicked off with our newsreader Maddie who broke down right next to a petrol station, and had a bloke push her car for her. She survived… Then we had a stranding on the side of the road like in the horror movies and then Brad who was stuck in the middle of Africa with no water for two days.
Doing your kids homework - All parents have done it, their kids homework. Donna made a model moon and shuttle for her kid, and even tracked down an actual Astronaut to contribute.
We spoke to Joel Edgerton on the release of the new movie ‘Wish You Were Here’. He told us how he ended up in hospital at a full moon party, the alliance of Aussie actors in the Americas and about his next film another Baz Lurhman spectacular!
