Our producer Stifler's put his car up for sale on drive.com.au and it's had quite a bit of interest, thanks to Merrick's "creative" interpretation of its specs.
It's a piece of shit, basically.
Still, working at a radio station, we've got access to talent. And talent, as we know, is probably worth more than this car.
Behold Ricki-Lee Coulter's catchy new track, "Stifler's Car". If you don't want to buy it after this, there's something very wrong with your eardrums.
Here are the lyrics, penned by Merrick himself. The karaoke version will be out soon.
Stifler is a friend,
yeah, he's always been
a good friend of mine
But lately something's changed
that ain't hard to define
Stifler's got himself a car
and I want to make it mine
And he's washing it with his eyes
And he’s loving that cars body,
I just know it
Yeah ‘n he’s going thru drive thru,
late at night
You know, I wish that I had Stifler's car,
I wish that I had Stifler's car.
Where can I find a vehicle like that
Not a Daihatsu charade,
there doesn't seem to be
a reason to change
You know, I feel so dirty
when I try to drive a ute
I wanna w.r.x
but there is no room in the boot
'Cos I’m washing all those tyres
And she's lovin' him with that body,
I just know it
And he's cruizin thru maccas
late, late at night
( repeat chorus)
