Tiffiny Hall, trainer on Channel Ten's The Biggest Loser, called in to chat with Tim and Marty about tonight Valentine's Day special of the show.
Not only did Tiffiny dish the dirt on the show, she also revealed her holiday exercise regime and confessed to committing one or two food sins on her recent trip to New York.
The Biggest Loser airs weeknights at 7pm on Ten.
