The boys spent two weeks finalising their teams, organising their costumes, and warming up their arms in preparation for the big night at the Ultimate Indoor Sports Centre in Silverwater on 7 June 2012.
The competition was fierce, all under the watchful eye of veteran Emus Bert and Michael, who had the decision to find the best two players to then go head-to-head in a final battle for the spot in the Emus team.
In the end it was Ruben "The Hurricane" from Miranda who earned his first spot in an Australian team and his first trip to Las Vegas.
Thanks to everyone who came out to support the match, and especially the other team members - Pasquale (Sugar Lips) from Narrabeen, Fiona (Fee-Lion) from Minchinbury, James (Twinkle Toes) from Normanhurst, Jarrad (Coach) from Bilgola, Kate (Bullet) from Stanmore, Ryan (Rhyno) from Raby, Simone (Broke-a-Nut!) from Bligh Park and Jamie (Superman) from Homebush.
Fitzy and Wippa will reveal the winner of the other trip to Las Vegas on Friday morning.
