Kylie Minogue should probably start admitting she's had plastic surgery after she appeared on a red carpet this week with one bizarre eyebrow. Her eyebrow was unnaturally arched the whole time she was at the event, proving our old Kylie might be a bit of a liar when she says she hasn't gone under the knife.
