Wippa babysits Fitzy's son Hewie

Wippa's convinced that Fitzy is a bad parent after hearing stories about Hewie biting other kids at child care and most recently covering the TV with, well, poo. So Wippa decided it was time he stepped in and went over to Fitzy and BJ's place to look after Hewie and give him some proper parenting.
