Special guest Joel Sarakula will play the Nova Sunset stage from 7pm.
'Hearty, sunny piano pop from an actual piano man.' Simone, BEAT Magazine
‘Really catchy and rockin vocals keep it up’ Rosie Beaton, Triple J
Australian singer-songwriter Sarakula writes edgy piano-pop songs that you can’t get out of your head. He has been pursuing the dream of de-constructing the perfect pop song while backing himself confidently at the piano. On his current record 'City Heart' he has dragged his piano-pop kicking and screaming out of his classic vinyl collection and into 2009.

Mar 11 Passenger play the Nova Sunset Stage before “The Road” plays on the big screen
This thriller is a gripping, dark and grim survival adventure. It’s the story of a father and son ‘s fight for survival in a post-apocalyptic America. If you liked NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN then you’re likely to admire this newer adaptation from the same author, Cormac McCarthy. A score by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis tops of the haunting desperation at the films heart.
Mike Rosenberg aka Passenger is an act that has stripped everything back. A classic troubadour cut from the same mould as Van Morrison, Neil Young and John Prine with the ability to flick from the humorous to the heartbreaking with every song.
