Ash Williams’ 24-hour non-stop campaign for votes in the CLEO Bachelor of the Year award took him to AFL club Collingwood’s training session at Gosch’s Paddock.

Ash was in his customary gold hot pants and nothing else except a megaphone and some flyers to encourage people to vote for him.
While he was there he took his chance to target another CLEO Bachelor nominee – Magpies forward Chris Dawes. Dawes is one of the favourites to win the Bachelor of the Year title but Ash has taken offence to the fact Dawes has a girlfriend. Ash is 100 per cent single.
He started his visit using his megaphone to reach the players in the middle of the oval, who seemed to get some laughs out of him. He then mingled with the Magpie army, encouraging them to vote, before asking for votes directly from Collingwood stars Harry O’Brien, Dale Thomas, Travis Cloke, Scott Pendlebury and even Dawes himself.
Don’t miss the bits where Harry O’Brien refuses to give Ash even one vote, and Dale Thomas puts Ash on the ground with the help from a young footy player!

Ash’s 24 hours of campaigning (helped by a giant double decker bus with his picture all over it) wraps up around 7am on Friday morning.
