Coldplay pay tribute to Beastie Boys rapper MCA

Shortly after discovering the tragic news that Beastie Boys rapper MCA -- aka Adam Yauch -- had passed away, Coldplay performed an emotional tribute to the band during a show in L.A.

Coldplay put their own spin on the group's huge hit "(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (to Party)" at the Hollywood Bowl on Friday.

One month ago, the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Yauch died on Friday, aged 47, after a three-year battle with cancer. He leaves behind his wife and daughter.
