This is exactly how it sounds - Dave doesn't shy away from the fact that he doesn't do a whole heap in the exercising field, Kate on the other hand likes to stay healthy. Dave likes to beat Kate in a game of wit more often than not so Kate figured she'd play on her strengths and hit him where it hurts, arm strength.
