Although Perth Fashion Festival 2011 was a while ago, the awards night was still to come. For the 16th time It was a night of fashionistas, perth-o-nalities and Collin Barnett. Celebrating WA's talented designers, models, bloggers and everything fashion. Taking out the top prize for designer of the year was 'One Fell Swoop'.
